Check in was smooth and professional. Room was spacious. Beds comfy, nice bathroom area. (The room has little imperfections that do not affect your comfort such as some spots of paint on the floor, closet doors that are a little hard to shut, scratched paint along the walls). There were no bugs of any kind (I always check). Decent breakfast. Good coffee.

Great place to reside in while in the area. Rooms are very clean with room service offered daily to ensure a pleasant stay. The general manager Kristy is amazing and so are all the receptionists. Haven’t had one issue during my long stay.

Baymont inn and suites turned out to be a very beautiful experience. Based on one person..... The lady named Mary who works at the front desk. It didn't begin that way. My husband and I had a reservation for 3 pm We arrived early at 11:30 and went inside and nobody was behind the front desk to talk to. But there were 2 strange acting women, obviously on drugs, walking around, asking us for money, and just making us question had we chosen the right hotel. They made us very uncomfortable. I gave one of the women 2 dollars just to get them away from us but they were still moving around, behaving very oddly. Finally a woman came out of a back office and told us there were no early check in's. To come back at 3:00 So my husband and I went next door to the cracker barrel to eat and peruse their store to kill time. Then we just sat in our truck to stay warm until check in When 3 pm came, we went back inside and the woman saw us but instead of helping us, she went outside to a car and left. No explanation, no greeting, nothing. So we just waited. Another woman came in (Mary) and apologized to us for our experience, checked us in and was so helpful in helping us find our room It was a very clean and nice room During our 3 day stay, we frequented the business center. (Basically a desk with a computer and chair) to check on our business dealings. We saw her single handedly take care of groups of people, checking in everybody with no help from anybody else. I saw people being rude to her, giving her a hard time, and I wanted to get back there with her just to help her out! But she managed to handle every problem and sold out every room! As for the drug addict girls that had been there the entire time the first girl was working, Mary very assertively made it clear that they were not allowed on the premises, and she got rid of them. That made the hotel feel much safer. Throughout our stay, she checked on us and showed such genuine hospitality that she actually felt like a friend When you're new in an unfamiliar environment, that truly makes a difference. Because of her and the cleanliness of the room, I will definitely return! She made the complete difference!

We were looking for a place to sleep on our way back home after vacation. We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The room was very big and clean. We were able to set up our pack and play and didn’t feel cramped. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave which came in handy as we heated our bottles and stored the milk for our child. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect. We would definitely stay there again. The continental breakfast was nice but in a weird spot in the lobby. With any crowd you will have a hard time getting to the microwave and toaster. The selection of food is very good. I’m not sure why the bad reviews as we would definitely keep this hotel on our list the next time we travel south.

I write this as I sit in front of the lobby in my car at 6:30 in the morning. TERRIBLE customer service just absolutely terrible. And disgusting rooms. Literally only stayed because my husband truly had to rest as we had to drive 9 hours today but we asked them if they would be here throughout the night so we could turn in keycard as we planned on leaving as soon as possible and they said yes and here we’ve been for an hour and a half waiting . We did see a sign on a side door saying to use keycard as lobby is closed 11pm-6am but keycard didn’t even work and again here it is 6:38 am and lobby still closed

We were pleasantly surprise by this hotel. It was like staying at a Marriott for for half the cost. The room was absolutely pristine with all the latest fixtures, features, and amenities. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Service was great and the manager was awesome! This will be our new home away from home when we are in Atlanta!

I had a good stay here and i have had a nice sleep without any issues. Also i have read many reviews on the website satating that the motel is too bad and it is not in good condition. But i have seen it lot better than that, The front desk helped me alot in selecting the rooms they have. I can only say that the motel meet its standards for the environment and the ambience.

So I came here while moving between homes like another reviewer, and while waiting for my room to be cleared out I came here. The bed feels comfortable to me, but the room design is unique and pretty, quiet, and comfortable. Riya who is at the front desk helped me out mostly during my stay, treating me with kindness and allowing me to extend my hotel nights here.
